Lusima Gestioni, holding company of Turin-based marketer Battaglio SpA, has announced a name change to Battaglio Gestioni SpA, following a reorganisation of the company.
The anticipated turnover of the new holding, made up of Battaglio, Geagri, Cosur, Agricola Don Camillo and Agrinova, will reportedly be approximately €120m.
According to the group, its new finances and organisational structure will make it one of the most solid and structured Italian companies on the market in 2011.
