Switzerland-based Kuehne & Nagel has been awarded a two year extension to a contract with CLAAS, a leading agricultural machine and harvester manufacturer, covering the management of its inbound supply chain from all European countries (except Germany) to its production sites in Germany, France and Hungary.
'In our tender, Kuehne & Nagel clearly won over its competitors,' said Bulent Ileri, head of logistics at CLAAS Group. 'Our choice was based on the company's dedicated customer-focussed approach, the quality of service, and also the innovative solutions and understandingr our business needs shown by the Kuehne & Nagel specialists.'
