US-based process automation, inspection and sorting systems manufacturer Key Technology has announced Richard van Densen has been appointed as the new marketing manager for its European arm, located in the Netherlands.
In his new role, Van Densen is responsible for marketing all of Key Tech's product lines, with a focus on developing emerging markets in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA).
'With his strong technical background and international marketing experience, Richard is perfectly qualified to plan and manage programmes that support Key's growth strategy in the EMEIA region,' noted Randy Unterseher, senior director of marketing at Key Technology. 'Key Technology has a long history of providing automation systems to customers around the world. We are increasingly working in emerging markets to help processors there improve their food safety and operating efficiencies to successfully compete in the global economy.'
Van Densen brings 12 years of international business development experience to his position at Key, having previously worked at Anteryon BV and LIMO Lissotschenko Microoptik GmbH.
