Leading Russian fruit importer and distributor Joint Fruit Company (JFC) has announced the election of a five-strong board of directors at the group's annual general meeting.
Four members of the current board have been re-elected, according to a report by RosBusinessConsulting, with Vladimir Kehman, Julia Zakharova, Andrei Afansiev and Tatiana Litvinov holding on to their positions.
The only change to the set-up saw Valery Novozhenov replaced by the newly elected Oleg Dobronravov, with Mr Kehman heading up the board.
Earlier in the week, JFC had announced that net profits for fiscal 2009 had increased 42.7 per cent on a year-on-year basis to R166m (€4.4m), with yearly revenue up 40.6 per cent to R11.3bn (€300m).
