At BioFach in Nuremberg, the leading European trade fair for organic products, Eosta's Nature & More will present three innovations that underline the latest trends in sustainability and packaging.
Firstly, the Save Our Soils Toolkit helps companies communicate about soil.
'2015 is the International Year of Soils,' the group explains. 'We are running out of fertile soils worldwide and this turns out to be an issue just as important as climate. Nature & More helps her retail partners to communicate about this neglected resource and show their green credentials to the consumer.'
The second innovation on display is the Tropical Wonders Display, which introduces consumers to new tropical delights.
'This colourful display was already a huge success at the Bio-Beurs fair in the Netherlands and the Fruit Logistica in Berlin,' the group states. 'The display attractively shows four or eight boxes of exotic products such as physalis, granadilla and maracuja. For each product the display holds flyers with an appealing story about the grower, his organic methods and a tasty and easy recipe.'
A third innovation comes in the shape of the Taste Wonder Tomato Bar, which allows consumers to select and mix their own Taste Wonders snack tomatoes.
'Especially for retail customers, Nature & More has developed this colourful display that fits four 2kg boxes of snack tomatoes. This allows consumers to select and mix different colours and flavours of tasty organic snack tomatoes.'
In addition, a fourth innovation that launched in 2014 is still proving to be a great success - sustainable packaging based on sugar cane waste that is easily compostable, 100 per cent GMO free, tree friendly and plastic free.
