Fresh Produce Malaysia, the country's only international business and networking conference for the region’s fresh produce industry, comes to Kuala Lumpur in March 2010.
The three-day conference event will convene at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Kuala Lumpur on 15-17 March 2010. The programme is being developed by Asiafruit Magazine editor John Hey, and will explore a broad range of issues that help fresh fruit and vegetable companies to grow their business in Malaysia and internationally.
Conference topics will include Malaysia’s fresh produce market and the key opportunities for growth, success stories in merchandising to the Malaysian consumer, opportunities for modern food retailing in Malaysia, innovations in seed technology focus on the vegetable category, latest advances in production, from fertigation systems to glasshouse technologies, supply chain solutions for logistics and coolchain management, as well as regional trade issues for South East Asia.
