Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has appointed a new senior vice president to head up global business development. Anthony Quinn will be in charge of developing global sales, with a particular focus on the larger multinational accounts, and creating a robust infrastructure, strategy and approach to support the company’s future growth plans and initiatives.
Quinn has over 30 years of industry experience, including 11 at Kuehne & Nagel where he served in both global and regional capacities and held a board position as head of sales and marketing for its north west Europe region.
Hellmann’s managing director Jost Hellmann said: “We are delighted to welcome Anthony to the Hellmann family. We are confident that his hands on approach, expertise and knowledge will help us to grow and develop our global account portfolio and service offering in order to establish long-term partnerships with our key target and strategic customers”.
Quinn said he was excited about the new challenge. “Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, I feel I have a lot to offer the company and am looking forward to working closely with my new colleagues, helping the business to prosper globally,” he said.
