Dutch logistics company Mooy Logistics has teamed up with quality control firm Expertisebureau Harmsen & De Groot to form a new subsidiary, HDG Services.
The aim of the new entity is to “combine the widespread experiences of both companies in the fields of quality control and logistics and packaging in order to provide full service to existing and new customers”, according to a press release.
Services such as transport, storage, pre-packaging and quality control of perishables can therefore be performed under one single, thus avoiding the need for outsourcing.
