The Greek presence at next month’s Fruit Attraction exhibition will be significantly larger than previous events, with 45 companies, cooperatives and bodies expected
Next month’s Fruit Attraction exhibition will welcome the largest ever Greek delegation of fruit and vegetable companies when it returns to Madrid on 8-10 October.
The Greek presence at the fair is set to be “impressive”, according to organisers of the country’s participation, Freskon Greece and Tif-Helexpo, with 45 enterprises, cooperatives and bodies exhibiting.
“It is the largest ever organised,” they said, “and it has levelled up quantitatively and qualitatively in comparison to the previous event. It consists of 40 enterprises and the Regions of Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Macedonia, and Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.”
The Freskon Greece project is an initiative of the Frekson International Fruit and Vegetable Trade Show, which is organised by Tif-Helexpo every April in Thessaloniki, and aims to organise and present Greek companies at major fairs and markets in Europe and the Middle East.
“Fruit Attraction is one of the top international fairs of the global fruit and vegetable sector,” the organisers said.
