Camposol has revealed that Gianfranco Castagnola has resigned from its board of directors, having presented his resignation on 11 November.
It is the second board resignation in the space of a week at the Peruvian group, following Sam Aguirre's resignation on 6 November.
'We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Castagnola for his contribution to the company during the years he served as a member of the board of directors of Camposol, and wish him the best in his future endeavours,' said Samuel Dyer Coriat, executive chairman of Camposol.
