FRUITTRADE 2011 – the International Business Roundtable – takes place on 28-29 September alongside the National Fruit Growers’ Convention in Santiago, Chile.
Organised by Fedefruta (the Fruit Growers’ Federation of Chile) in conjunction with ProChile (the Chilean Export Promotion Bureau), the event is now in its 9th year.
The event be held in the Santiago Sheraton Hotel offers a platform for fruit and vegetable buyers from across the world to meet with Chilean exporters, establish contacts, and generate new business.
Over 1,500 people are expected to attend, according to organisers, including producers, buyers, suppliers and specialists.
As a leading exporter of fruit and vegetables, Chile offers over 70 different products to around 80 markets on 5 continents, making FRUITTRADE 2010 a key event for anyone interested in fresh fruit and vegetables from the Southern Hemisphere.
The National Fruit Growers’ Convention takes place at the same time as FRUITTRADE 2011, with lectures taking place on technical and management aspects of the market.
