One of Europe’s major ports of entry for tropical fruits chosen to host the 2025 edition of Fruitnet Tropicals Congress
Fruitnet Tropicals Congress is back in 2025, bringing together key players from across the industry to explore the latest market opportunities in the tropical fruit category. The two-day congress (one day conference, expo and networking event followed by a day of study tours) will take place on 24 and 25 June at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town.
Research shows that sales of tropical fruit outperform other fruit categories in key European markets, as young shoppers in particular seek new and healthy snacking options. The growth of the ripe and ready-to-eat segment is fuelling demand for avocados and mangoes, while sales of more niche products like passion fruit and dragon fruit are thriving as availability and affordability improves.
In a packed conference programme of talks, presentations and interviews in a bustling networking and expo space, Fruitnet Tropicals Congress brings together a line-up of top speakers to discuss topics that are key to the tropical fruit sector.
As well as analysis of the latest trade and consumption data in key tropical fresh produce lines, the event will consider how the business has evolved; ways to further develop consumer demand; the growing role of European suppliers in key tropicals categories, and how better availability and improvements in the tropicals supply chain are delivering fresher, more affordable products to consumers.
With a mixture of lively sessions in a shared conference and expo area, Fruitnet Tropicals Congress allows you to connect with customers, buyers, suppliers and service providers and tap into a wealth of established expertise and new talent.
