Bookings to exhibit at Spanish fresh-produce trade fair Fruit Attraction are already considerably higher than at last year’s event with another five months to go before its doors open in Madrid.
The amount of space contracted at the Feria de Madrid stands at 18,000m2, some 11.5 per cent more than occupied by the trade fair in 2012.
The 2013 edition of the show runs in three halls at the venue from 16 to 18 October and co-organisers IFEMA and Spanish producer-exporters federation believe the strength of uptake in space so far confirms the fresh produce sector's confidence in the show as a tool to boost business opportunities
