According to the companies, the machines will be used for sorting and packaging peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes for export to the European market.

“Choosing Greefa was a logical step for Fresh Energy in their pursuit of quality and efficiency,” the groups stated. “Greefa, known for their innovative technologies and reliable machines, offered solutions that perfectly matched the needs of modern agricultural businesses.

With the new equipment, Fresh Energy said it would not only increase its production capacity but would also ensure and optimise the quality of its products to meet the high quality standards of the European supermarkets and retail chains.

During the celebration on 8 July, representatives from both companies were present to mark the collaboration, with an official signing ceremony organised with Dr Mohamed Mohab, CEO of Fresh Energy, and Jan Nijland, director sales and engineering of Greefa.

“With the sorting and packaging machines from Greefa, we can optimise our processes and better meet the high standards we set for ourselves and our customers,” said Mohab.

The collaboration not only marked the beginning of a long-term partnership, but also represented Greefa’s initial and most significant engagement with the vegetable sector in the region, it confirmed.

This collaboration promises to have a positive impact on the efficiency and quality of the production processes at Fresh Energy, ultimately resulting in fresh, high-quality vegetables for the export market to Europe,” the groups outlined. ”Both companies look forward to a successful collaboration and a future full of growth and innovation.”
