Fresh Convenience Congress 2011

Fresh Convenience Congress has confirmed key industry players from the world of prepared produce as speakers for this year’s conference programme.

Held on 14-16 June at The Guoman Cumberland Hotel London in the heart of London’s retail hub, the West End, and organised by Fresh Convenience Magazine and United Fresh Produce Association, this year's event promises to be both highly informative and commerically invaluable.

Speakers include Brian Kocher from Chiquita Brands International (Europe and Middle East) giving an insight into the future of the fresh convenience sector in Europe and Kip Winter-Cox from Bakkavör (UK) and Cindy van Rijswick from Rabobank (NL) sharing their expertise on the sector’s major trends.

Branding is vital in the fresh convenience sector. Mark Newton from Florette (UK) and Michel Bicheron from Green Giant Fresh (France) will offer tips on what makes brands work best and how to mount successful marketing campaigns to build effective brand awareness.

Technical advances in processing operations, foodservice innovations and sustainability in the sector are this year’s hot break-out session topics and will be led by Luca Ascari, A.B.L. Srl (Italy), Steven Walpole, Gate Gourmet (UK), and Ian Finlayson, Practical Solutions International Ltd (UK), respectively.

Fresh Convenience Congress also offers unique networking opportunities to further businesses in key markets around the world.

Register before 16 May to benefit from an exclusive 15 per cent saving on the standard registration fee.
