Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market yesterday (Wednesday 17 February) launched four new stores in Ventura, Rialto, Phoenix and Northridge, bringing wholesome food at affordable prices to new neighbourhoods in California and Arizona, according to a press release.
As part of Fresh & Easy’s commitment to be a good neighbour, the company awarded neighbourhood charities with a US$1,000 donation at each store opening. The winning charities were selected by store staff, based on nominations from neighbours.
Next week (on Wednesday 24 February) Fresh & Easy will open four more outlets in Lakeside, Whittier, Los Angeles and Reedley.
'We are excited to open in all sorts of different neighbourhoods and create even more good paying, local jobs,” said Fresh & Easy CEO Tim Mason. “We believe everyone deserves access to fresh, wholesome food at affordable prices.”
Fresh & Easy currently operates 141 stores in California, Arizona and Nevada.
