The last preparations are being made for the beginning of the new French Jazz season, according to Enzafruit.
The first French Jazz apples are expected to become available in week 44, tying in nicely with the New Zealand season and allowing Jazz apples to be on the shelves all year round.
The sixth annual general meeting for Jazz apples was recently held in Saumur, in France’s Loire Valley, where French Jazz growers gathered to exchange plans for the new season and to discuss sales and marketing strategies.
