UK-based Exosect has announced that Richard Clothier has been appointed as its new chairman, bringing some 40 years of experience in the food industry with him to the role.
Prior to joining the intelligent pest management solution specialist, Clothier held roles at Dalgety PLC and PGI Group, while he currently holds the position of chairman of the board at AquaBounty Technologies.
According to Exosect , Clothier has also served as chairman of the food packaging company Robinson PLC, and of Spearhead International.
