Duda & Sons, the Florida-based owner of Duda Farm Fresh Foods Inc., has announced the election of David Duda as its new chief executive officer.
The move is part of a planned leadership succession, with previous CEO Joseph Duda planning to retire but continuing as a consultant to the company, The Packer reported.
Mr Duda, who had worked for the group since 1988 as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer, takes up his new role on 30 August.
