Ready Pac Foods, the premier producer of fresh-cut and convenience foods, has been recognised for its outstanding supply of leafy greens to fast food giant Domino's Pizza at the latter's World Wide Rally in Las Vegas, US.
At the ceremony, Ready Pac walked off with the Annual Supply Award for its strategic partnership with Domino's, its sourcing knowledge and its support during challenging events of the past year.
'We are proud to honour Ready Pac with a Supply Partner Award for 2011,' said Phillip Worley, director of purchasing for Domino's Pizza. 'For the past several years, Ready Pac has been our primary supplier of leafy greens. Since that time they continue to take on the challenges that we bring them and they have become a true strategic partner.
'In 2011 Ready Pac had our backs by providing emergency deliveries to our centres in the Northeast during bad weather and operational challenges,' Worley added. 'We're very happy to recognise the entire Ready Pac team for being very supportive of us over the last several years and especially this past year.'
