Dole has expanded its signature portion-controlled cups with the introduction of the Peach Fruit Crisp, which comprises all-natural bite-size pieces of Dole fruit with a wholegrain oat topping.
“There may be a lot of snack options in the grocery aisle, but few give consumers a choice of a warm and satisfying treat like the new Dole Peach Fruit Crisp”, said Stan Stuka, brand manager of Dole Fruit Crisp.
“Peach Fruit Crisp has a delicious, sweet taste with pieces of peach and a crumbly oat topping reminiscent of a home-baked fruit crisp - without the lengthy time and effort to bake it.”
The range already includes Apple Cinnamon and Apple Pear Fruit Crisps, which are available nationwide; retailing for US$2.19.
Dole claims its Fruit Crisp range has fewer than 160 calories, no trans fat and 40 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C.
“They are sold in packages of two servings and feature a convenient cup with easy-to-open, peel-off lids, so they can be enjoyed anywhere – while at home, the office or on-the-go,” the company said in a press release.
