Jim DiMenna, chair of the Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA), will step down this month after one year's service.
As usually happens with CPMA chairs, the association's annual convention and trade show, held this year on 17-19 April in Toronto, will mark the end of his term.
DiMenna, who is also president of Ontario-based JemD Farms, said: 'Serving as chair has provided me with the opportunity to network and meet many great people who contribute so much to the industry.'
He was the first CPMA chair to have come from Canada's hydroponic greenhouse industry.
