Damco, one of North America’s leading logistics service providers, has announced the opening of a new commercial office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
According to the company, the facility is part of a growth plan that began last year to expand Damco’s network worldwide.
Damco is now in close proximity to their existing customer base in the Minneapolis areas, with the group noting that having a presence in this area gives the company the ability to conduct local meetings with clients, while establishing an extended footprint.
“The opening of this office allows us to increase the strength of our customer experience,” says Jeremy Haycock, North American CEO of Damco. “In a service industry like ours, successful customer experience is directly linked to the quality, mindset and proximity of our people to our customers.”
