On 1 November, Saint Sat'Primeurs, a French wholesaler of early fruit and vegetables based in La Rochelle, joined French wholesale distributor Creno.
According to Creno, the introduction of Saint Sat'Primeurs, which has a turnover of some €3.6m, will be complementary to Poitou Primeurs, which is already a member of the Creno group.
The two companies are based in the same region in the southwest of France, and Creno believes there are numerous synergies that can be exploited between the two.
