SIAL Canada 2011, the country's leading international food and beverage exhibition, is set to welcome some 13,000 visitors on 11-13 May this year for the eighth edition of the event.
Taking place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the event will feature over 700 exhibitors from Canada and around the world.
In addition, there are a number of programmes, competitions and conferences going on throughout the show, including a Trends and Innovations Product Competition, La Cuisine cooking demonstrations and a full conference programme.
Day one (11 May) begins with an official opening ceremony, with a number of press meetings on the 12 May followed by two evening cocktail receptions.
