MTEX's operation in the Netherlands, MTEX Holland, has confirmed that Dirk Willem Blijleven joined the company as commercial director.
Mr Blijleven, who has a background in business development management and sales and marketing management, started in his new role on 1 February, the group said in a statement.
'MTEX is focusing on the European retail market and he knows this market very well. We are happy with him,' said the Netherlands' sector managing director Oron Ziv. 'He has a wide orientation, a good background and quite some experience with European retailers and that will be very useful for both of us.
'We are convinced that with Dirk Willem's knowledge and experience we will achieve our position in the market,' Mr Ziv added.
