Seald Sweet International

Seal Sweet International has announced that it has further grown its talent pool by adding Chris DeSana to its team, operating out of the group's northeast sales office in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Mr DeSana, who joined the group earlier in December, boasts over 25 years in the fresh produce industry, most recently operating at Sbrocco International. He has also held positions at Sunkist and Andrews Bros in Detroit, while working for 10 years with the US Produce Exchange in Philadelphia.

'We are excited Chris is joining our team and look forward to the success and opportunities he will bring to Seald Sweet through his experience in the industry,' said Mayda Sotomayor, CEO of Seald Sweet. 'We feel Chris will be instrumental in the further expansion of our northeast operations.'

According to the group, the move further strengthens the company's overall position in the US and also with Univeg, Seald Sweet's Belgium-based parent company and one of the top five largest produce groups in the world.
