Exosect has announced that it has made two senior appointments, with Dave Richardson joining as financial director and Peter Keen taking over as non-executive chairman.
The group, which specialises in pest management solutions and operates in a number of countries including Italy, UK, US, South Africa, India, New Zealand, Belgium and Greece, revealed the dual appointment on 2 February.
Mr Richardson joins Exosect having accrued over 20 years financial experience, focused in the bio-technology sector and working for groups such as Evotec AG, Zeneca Cellmark Diagnostics and Marlow Foods.
Mr Keen, meanwhile, is a chartered accountant and brings with him over 25 years experience in financing and management of companies within the bio-technology and pharmaceutical sectors.
