In the Netherlands, HDG - The Fruit Consultants has confirmed that it will move into its 35th year in 2016 with a new leadership team.
Otto de Groot, the founder and owner of the fruit inspection and survey company, has stepped down from his position as CEO, replaced by a new management duo of general manager Rob Boogmans and commercial director Stijn Verstijnen.
'Both Rob and Stijn will lead HDG the fruit consultants from January 2016 on,' the group noted. 'They are obviously focusing on optimising client satisfaction and integrating the newest technologies into the provided services.
'Otto de Groot will remain being the owner of the company and continues to actively assist the new management by carrying out surveys, training staff and further develop client relations..'
