French retailer Carrefour has completed the previously announced acquisition of Turkish grocery retailer Kiler.
The deal, which has cost Carrefour around US$160m for an 85 per cent share in around 200 stores, was announced in May this year.
'We are now very happy to acquire the majority stakes in Kiler, one of the biggest players of Turkey's retail market,' said Carrefour's Mehmet Nane.
