Camposol has been acknowledged with three distinctions at the last edition of the Good Labour Practices Awards that are granted by the Peruvian Ministry of Labour and Employment Promotion to companies committed to defending, respecting and promoting worker rights.
For the second year in a row, Camposol picked up the top two prizes in the Union Freedom Promotion and Respect category thanks to its good labour practices known as “Camposol’s Social Dialogue Model – Reinforcing the commitment”, and the Participation in Business Management category thanks to its acknowledgement programme called “The very best of Camposol”.
Likewise, Camposol also ranked second in the Promotion of Equal Opportunities for Vulnerable Groups” category with its “Sembrando oportunidad para todos (Sowing opportunities for everybody) + Wawawasi Rayito de Sol” programmes.
“These acknowledgements confirm that Camposol is a company committed to social labour responsibility and looks forward to going beyond the compliance of labour laws and promoting the development of a culture of peace, transparency and employment promotion between the collaborator and his/her employer,” the company said.
