The Board of Directors of Peruvian group Camposol Holding Plc has announced that Jorge Ramirez has resigned from the chief financial officer position, in order to pursue 'new projects and personal aspirations'.
Angel Suarez, controller of Camposol, will assume the role's functions during the selection process for the new CFO – a process that has already begun.
'During almost five years as CFO of Camposol, Jorge has shown not only his talent and professionalism, but also his leadership,' said Samuel Dyer Coriat, executive chairman of the board of directors at Camposol. 'All of which have been crucial for the consolidation and laying of the foundations for the future growth of the company.
