French group Bonduelle has reported its results for the full-year of 2014/15, with turnover growth exceeding the company's objectives despite what the Bonduelle described as a 'challenging environment'.
The group's turnover stood at €1.98bn for 2014/15 (1 July 2014 - 30 June 2015) against €1.92bn the previous year, an increase of 4.1 per cent at constant exchange rates.
This was achieved despite several negative factors, including sluggish consumption and concentration of distribution in Europe, a fire at the Tecumseh plant in Canada, the ongoing Russian embargo and the devaluation of the rouble.
