Eurofruit reporter Thomas Hobbs caught up with Marc Evrard of Belgium-based pear exporter Belgische Fruitveiling at the Cool Logistics Global 2012 conference in Antwerp.
In the interview, Evrard discussed BFV's recent breakthrough in exporting pears direct to the Chinese market and spoke about the company's plans to build on that success in the coming year.
