The shareholders of Euro Pool System, Europe’s largest provider of logistic services in the area of returnable packaging and handling material have appointed BayWa CEO and executive board chairman Klaus Josef Lutz as chairman of the supervisory board.
Lutz steps into the role following the departure of Noël Keersebilck, while Franky Depickere, CEO of the Cera/KBC Ancora Group, has been appointed as vice-chairman.
Both Lutz and Depickere have been members of the Euro Pool System supervisory board since 2011.
