The UK marketing manager of leading Dutch cress and micro-vegetable supplier Koppert Cress, Anneke Cuppen, has left the business after four years with the company.
Koppert Cress, which produces a wide range of innovative cresses and other vegetables, is a major player in the international foodservice market.
However, the company has also seen major growth in the past few years in the UK retail arena.
It began working with British retailers by supplying them packs of rock chives, sakura cress and affilla cress in 2009.
European marketing and communications manager Bart Leemans said in a short statement: 'Anneke has been working for over four years for us and she has contributed a lot to the success of the organisation during this period.
'Anneke has decided to continue her carrier somewhere else and we wish her all the best.'
