Allan Sabatier has joined Del Monte Fresh Produce as vice-president of North America sales and product management in the company’s banana and pineapple programmes, according to a report by The Packer.
Mr Sabatier, formerly senior vice-president of sales and marketing at Salyer American Fresh Foods in Monterey, California, will reportedly work at the company’s Coral Gables, Florida, headquarters.
Mr Sabatier has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Before joining Salyer, he was vice-president of sales for Dole Fresh Vegetables, in Monterey, California.
