The International Air Traffic Association has reported a 3 per cent year-on-year fall in June's global air cargo volumes.
Its latest figures were also down 1 per cent on the numbers for May.

Asia Pacific carriers, who account for more than 40 per cent of the airfreight market, saw the steepest year-on-year decline (5.8 per cent), but maintained the highest load factor of any region (58.6 per cent).
The year-on-year decrease was 3.0 per cent in North America and 1.3 per cent in Europe, while Africa, Latin America and the Middle East recorded increases in demand.
