Agrovision has appointed Scott Domann as its chief people officer.  In this newly created role, he will guide the company’s global talent and organisational strategy, working closely with senior leadership to support its ambitious growth plans. Domann previously held key roles at Warner Bros, Disney, Facebook and Netflix. Most recently he was employed as chief people officer and enterprise GM at mental health startup Calm.

At Calm, the first mental health unicorn to be backed by marquee investors, Domann built and led HR team while also managing the company’s B2B business.

In his new role at Agrovision, the company said he will lead all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, organisational development, and performance management, while also driving the company’s efforts to become a more technology-forward organisation.

Domann will be based in Los Angeles and report directly to CEO Steve Magami.
