Ex-employees at the London office of collapsed Israeli exporter Agrexco have complained that they have received no redundancy pay since being laid off last October, the Jewish Chronicle reported.
According to the Insolvency Service, one former employee has resorted to an employment tribunal and recommended others to do likewise.
The Insolvency Service added that it could not make redundancy payments direct to ex-employees because Agrexco's insolvency procedures were not taking place in the UK, but Israel.
