AgriNuture has announced the resignations of its president and chief executive officer Pablo Capati JR, as well as cheif financial officer Romeo Bato.
Antonio Tiu will succeed Capati as president and CEO, with Kenneth Tan will be taking over as CFO, with AgriNuture directors James Sayre, Tai Chuan Lin and Edmund Zheng also resigned from the board, according to the Rappler.
The publically listed fruit and vegetable company based in the Philippines is also undergoing a divestment of the company’s non-performing units, with AgriNurture share trading temporarily halted on 28 May when the news was announced.
