Australian logistics group Trans.L Fresh has become the latest companyto join the Reusable Packaging Association (RPA), in a bid to helppromote the green and profitable advantages that come from reusablepackaging.
The supply chain transformation group, which entered the US in 2008and has additional operations in Asia, will champion reusable packagingto retailers, processors and other supply chain owners.
'We welcome Trans.L Systems to the RPA,' said RPA membershipcommittee chairman Chris MacGrory. 'Our members will gain from theirexperiences in implementing reusable packaging solutions in Australiaand Asia, and Trans.L will benefit from the many resources available tothem as members of the RPA as well all join forces to advance thegrowth of the reusable packaging industry.'
Ian Neeland, CEO of Trans.L Systems, said that the move offered opportunities for growth and networking in the US.
