Favourable growing conditions have Freshmax feeling confident on the eve of New Zealand’s kiwiberry export season.
The leading Australasian fresh produce company will sell kiwiberries under the Munch’n brand for the fourth straight season, with a global marketing campaign set to get underway this week.
Plentiful sunshine over the New Zealand summer has resulted in an early harvest, with the season perfectly timed to coincide with the return to work after Chinese New Year celebrations.
“Excitement is mounting for the kiwiberry season; we have new product launches in multiple markets and buyers are extremely supportive about the Munch’n kiwiberry brand,” said Tracey Burns, export division manager at Freshmax New Zealand.
“This is our third year actively promoting and we are really thrilled about the commitment of our retail partners.”
Munch’n kiwiberries will be available in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, India, the US and Taiwan.
