Australian exporter recognised by Chinese retailer as Most Promising Supplier of the Year
Leading Chinese fruit retailer Pagoda has named Premier Farms International as its Most Promising Supplier of the Year as part of the company’s International Supplier Appreciation Conference.
The Conference was held On September 4-5 at the Regala Citysky Hotel in Hong Kong and brought together suppliers and partners from dozens of countries and regions worldwide.
To express gratitude for the long-term support from its global partners, Pagoda presented several awards at the conference, including Most Promising Supplier of the Year, Best New Supplier of the Year, and Best Supporting Supplier of the Year.
Premier Farms International received the “Most Promising Supplier of the Year” award, which recognised partners who demonstrated excellence in product quality and service innovation, showcasing great potential in their collaboration with Pagoda.
“We have been supplying Pagoda for several years and have achieved success with our Galaxy and Tōpa brands, in addition to various standard varieties of stonefruit and grapes. Pagoda has been a support as our business has expanded at a rate that has led to mutual success,” said Frank Frappa, executive GM - avocado, citrus, grapes, international and stonefruit of Premier Farms International.
Aside from the awards the conference was vibrant and featured a gathering of global fruit industry guests to collectively discuss the future development of the global fruit industry under new market conditions, according to Pagoda.
The theme of the conference was “United in Diversity, Thriving Together,” symbolising the unity of the global fruit industry and the shared vision for prosperity in a diverse environment. Pagoda said it aims to promote the flourishing of the fruit industry hand-in-hand with global partners.
