The Port of Hamburg Marketing Authority has released its new overview of liner services operating from the port, detailing 5,500 regular connections to 1,000 destinations worldwide.
The 214-page publication, entitled 'Port of Hamburg Liner Services 2009/2010', offers freight forwarders and exporters information on the worldwide carriage of containers and conventional breakbulk cargo via the Port of Hamburg.
Included in the reference guide are details on good handling terminals, shipping companies, types of load handled and frequency of departures, alongside the agencies of some 160 shipping companies.
Also covered in the publication are the latest departure schedules of Hamburg's partner ports, Lübeck and Cuxhaven, as well as intermodal rail and inland waterway services that link the seaport and the hinterland.
