While Peru’s total agricultural exports has increased in the first five months of 2015, the Latin American nation’s agri-exports to South Korea grew 158 per cent cent compared to the same period in 2014, according to Peru’s Association of Exporters (Adex).
Driving the growth in volume was a rise in demand for mangoes, which has increased 327 per cent, as well as fresh grapes, which has increased 128 per cent. Peru's banana exports to Korea also grew 67 per cent from January to May compared to the same period last year.
