Dubai's Emirates Shipping Line today (2 July) announced it is launching a new Central China-India Service (CCIS) to run in parallel with its current China-India route.
The first CCIS sailing will leave Ningbo, China, on 7 July, the company said in a press release, and call at Shanghai, Shekou, Singapore, Port Klang, Nhava Sheva, Pipavav, Colombo, Port Klang, Singapore, Hong Kong and Ningbo.
In an official statement, Emirates said: “The CCI service offers a superior regional coverage through comprehensive port connections and greater coverage to the key trading and commercial centres in Central China, South China and South East Asia as well as the Indian Sub-Continent. The service is a premier service focusing on our customers’ needs of efficiency reliability, and stability.”
