Driscoll’s has announced the appointment of Keith Refsnider to the newly established role of global food safety director.
Refsnider takes on the global role after 12 years of developing the North America food safety programme for the California-based company.
“Next to delightful flavor, Driscoll’s has made food safety the single most important focus of growing delicious berries,” Driscoll’s senior vice president Tom O’Brien said in a company statement. “Our goal is maintaining and exceeding one food-safety standard for Driscoll’s across the globe. We look forward to Keith’s continued contributions in helping us expand our global knowledge.”
