Pan-Asian retailer Dairy Farm has announced former Yum Brands executive Graham Allan is to be appointed CEO at the end of the year.
According to a report by Just-Food, Allan, who has been in charge of Yum’s international operations for the past eight years, will take on the role of COO next month. He will then replace current CEO Michael Kok, who plans to retire at the end of the year.
Dairy Farm is continuing to expand in Asia and last week took on a 50 per cent share in Philippines retailer Rustan Supercentres, Fruitnet.comreported.
