The South Australian State Government has announced a reshuffle in its Citrus Industry Development Board, with four new members handed roles and three existing members reappointed.
The board, which takes on the role of managing the state's citrus industry and its products, will see the return of current members Graham McInnes, Richard Fewster and presiding officer Peter Walker.
Betty Lloyd, owner and managing director at LD Lloyd & Sons and former board member of Quality Fruit Marketing, was a new appointment to the board, along with Scott Searles of Australian Quality Plus.
Completing the board's new line-up are Helen Aggeletos, the marketing manager and director of P Costi & Sons, and Linda Hausler, a Morgan-based citrus grower.
Members of the board will deal with issues such as food safety, pests and disease prevention or control measures, production, new varieties and marketing.
